You have options! Mitsubishi has a broad range of mini split systems to fit just about any home. We’ll help you choose a single or multi zone system that will fit your home perfectly.

Single Zone Ductless Mini Splits offer individual comfort control to a more personal space. Single zoned systems are a great solution for room additions enclosed patios, bonus rooms, mother-in-law quarters, home offices, bedrooms or garage space converted into work areas.

A single zoned system includes one indoor air handling head connected by refrigerant line which is connected to one outdoor condensing unit. They are perfect for an older home with no space for ductwork or a newer home that has hot or cold spots.

MULTI ZONE SYSTEMS OFFER WHOLE HOUSE HEATING AND COOLING THAT IS SCALABLE AND FLEXIBLE

Cooling and heating zones are defined spaces in homes that are controlled by a central thermostat. In traditional zones with multiple rooms, the zones can be large, sometimes taking up floors and require a large outdoor unit that requires large amount of ductwork to support it.

There is a more efficient way to zone your home. Mitsubishi ductless zoning system allows up to 8 indoor heads that are connected to one single outdoor unit. Now you provide the comfort level you prefer to the rooms that you use most.

What are the benefits of Mini Splits? Mitsubishi Single Zoned and Multi Zoned Systems are energy efficient (many are ENERGY STAR® rated) and extremely quiet with attractive options including wall mounted, ceiling recessed and ducted options. Many have allergen filtration sensor for just the right amount of comfort.

Many homeowners report saving of up to 50% with a Mitsubishi Mini Split. You have options with mounting solutions that include wall mounted, floor mounted, ceiling recessed and ducted option. All units offer whisper quiet operation ductless, allergen filtration and the freedom of remote operation.

Mitsubishi innovation and reliability make a difference. If you’re ready for real home comfort, you’re sure to be impressed with these features that allow homeowners to create their own customized comfort. These innovative features help heat and cool your home more efficiently and effectively.

  • Hot-start – The indoor unit’s fan only blows air when the coil has warmed to the desired temperature. An energy-saving measure, it also prevents drafts of cold air at start-up.
  • i-see Sensor™ – This sensor scans the room and adjusts temperature and airflow automatically. Maintain consistent comfort by eliminating cold and hot spots.
  • H2i® Technology – Hyper-Heating INVERTER (H2i) technology is designed to provide comfortable indoor temperatures in extreme cold-climate conditions (as low as -13° F) while saving energy and money.
  • Zone Control – Why cool or heat rooms you don’t use? Why sweat or shiver in those you do? Zone control allows you to optimize the temperature of any space with an indoor unit to save energy and reduce costs. Create your own perfect comfort zones!
  • Quiet Operation – Indoor units run quiet as a whisper and outdoor units run quieter than a refrigerator. You have to hear it (or not) to believe it!
  • Enhanced Filtration Systems – Washable filters last up to 10 years and remove pollen, dust, dander and other allergens that reduce indoor air quality. Each room has its own filter to ensure pristine air.

How Does The Ductless System Work?
Ductless systems pump cooled or heated refrigerant directly to wall or ceiling mounted air handling units through small lines. Each room or living space has its own air-handling unit and each unit has its own wireless electronic temperature control system. Here’s how the system works in a single room application:

  • Indoor Unit uses refrigerant to cool or heat air and quietly streams it where you need it in the living room space.
  • Outdoor Unit has an inverter-driven heat pump that cools or warms refrigerant and sends it inside to an air handle through small lines.
  • Wireless Control Unit conveniently allows you to adjust temperature, fan speed and more…all at the touch of a button.

Mitsubishi Mini Splits are a great problem solver! And a welcome alternative to traditional forced air heating and cooling systems. The typical central air conditioning simply lacks the flexibility that most homes need. Mitsubishi Mini Splits are popular because they focus on individual rooms and living spaces rather than on a central air system. The method provides a more energy-efficient, more flexible, and easier to install system. The Mitsubishi Mini Split system reduces energy costs and easily solves problems such as:

Hot and cold rooms
